Our Policy


All orders once confirmed are final, and as each is a customized piece, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We will commence work once we receive full payment for our bespoke shawls and scarves.

We are unable to accept any responsibilty for the items once it has left our premises.

We are not responsible for customer generated mistakes, including wrong initials, typographical errors, incorrect delivery address and any other ordering mistakes. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your order carefully before submitting.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if (a) there is insufficient stock or the goods are discontinued; (b) we cannot authorise your payment; (c) we do not deliver to your location; or (d) one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will refund you all sums paid by you within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
