F.A.Q.

 

1) Which material is used to make your products?

We use the highest quality yarn available, whether it be Cashmere or Alpaca. Either we use a thicker 4ply or lace weight 1ply or 2ply. This reflects on the cost of the final piece.

2) Do you use any synthetic yarn?

We do not use any form of synthetic yarn for the main piece, however we may use it for embellishments as per request.

3) Are all items designed by Treasures?

We aim to make each piece as original and unique as possible. Occasionally e may use parts off other designs whilst creating our own piece, as certain crochet stitches are very similar. We give thanks and acknowledgement to those who have helped in any way.

4) Can we cancel our order once placed?

As each piece is an unique creation, we regret we cannot cancel any order once it is placed. All work will commence only after a deposit of 35% is received. All deliveries will be dispatched once remaining payment is received.

5) What happens to orders lost in transport?

We use reliable couriers, with tracking methods, however we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged products once we hand over our items to the shipping agencies.

6) What are the different methods of shipping?

We generally use reliable couriers for parcels delivered in India. For all international orders we use FedEx and will give the shipping quote depending on method chosen.

7) How long does each order take to complete?

If we have any stock of the items required we will ship within 2-3 days. All other orders will require a minimum of 6-8 weeks after the order is placed. For all bridal orders we require 12 weeks hence please contact us early to ensure you get your piece within your time frame.
